Logistics Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator to report directly to the Purchasing Director.


Responsibilities

  • Strong knowledge of all overseas import procedures and processes
  • Marine, air and road transport
  • Understanding of import codes and duties in USA and Canada
  • Maintain updated records of transactions
  • Follow up with vendors
  • Liaise with warehouses


Qualifications/Skills:

  • Work experience of 2-3 years
  • Good understanding of supply chain procedures
  • Hands-on experience with purchasing software
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Solid organizational skills
  • Interpersonal skills; player of results-oriented team, adaptability
  • Ability to work under pressure and learn fast; recognized for your effectiveness.
  • Experience with ACCPAC accounting software would be an asset.
