Key Account Coordinator

About the Role:

As a Key Account Coordinator based in Montreal’s West Island, you will be a dedicated member of our team, serving as the primary point of contact and support for one of our key retail accounts. You will provide comprehensive support in managing all aspects of this crucial partnership, including program management, communication, customer service, and order fulfillment. Exceptional organizational skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and a keen eye for detail are essential for success in this role. You will be responsible for organizing and analyzing all data related to this key account, providing valuable insights to management and contributing to the strategic development of the partnership.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the assigned key account’s needs, processes, and objectives.
  • Assist with order processing, sales tracking, and customer inquiries.
  • Ensure smooth order fulfillment, inventory management, and timely delivery.
  • Assist with program planning, implementation, and tracking, including data analysis.
  • Provide exceptional customer service regarding orders, products and services.
  • Organize and analyze all key account data, prepare reports, and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a high-volume sales support or account management role, preferably with experience in large retail chain operations.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must, with strong skills in Power BI and other relevant office software for data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge and experience handling high-volume US and Canadian retailers.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
