Nina established Greenlite in 1994 as the distribution arm for her family’s overseas compact fluorescent lighting manufacturing business. Her sharp business acumen quickly recognized an opportunity to expand her green manufacturing expertise to North America and focus on promoting only energy-efficient lighting far before the industry. With over 100 years of family manufacturing experience, Nina grew Greenlite into a purpose-driven manufacturer and distributor of energy-efficiency products that currently partners with the largest public and private utilities in the United States to collectively reduce energy consumption and create a greener, cleaner home for generations to come.

Over the past 30 years, Nina has led Greenlite to consistently deliver profitable year-over-year growth, strategic market expansion, and remarkable operational excellence; often praised for her lean and flexible business practice. Nina is passionate about female entrepreneurship and is a strong advocate for inclusivity in the workplace. She believes that “Gender should not play a role in business. Be a strong businessperson and regardless of gender, we can create an even playing field.” She embodies this at Greenlite, where the organizational culture boldly fosters diversity, transparency, and equal opportunity.

When she is not at her desk, Nina enjoys practicing yoga and meditation.

As the COO of Greenlite, Lois is responsible for the operations, finance, accounting and human resources teams. Since joining the company in 2002, Lois has leveraged her CPA and previous corporate career at KPMG to continually drive operational excellence and financial responsiveness at Greenlite. She has grown to act as a strategic business advisor and hands-on leader within the company; goal-setting and creating frameworks for Greenlite to meet and exceed their quarterly and annual goals. Lois also oversees financial budgeting, forecasting and continuous planning for Greenlite. She has a lead-from-the-front leadership style and never shies away from taking up a new role or learning new skills.

Lois is also an avid movie buff and a huge fan of James Bond movies. Her favorite James Bond will always be Sean Connery!

Bringing over a decade of expertise in financial management and strategic fiscal planning, Victor is the cornerstone of our team as Chief Financial Officer at Greenlite Lighting. With a robust background spanning diverse sectors, including industrial and manufacturing, and a Master of Business Administration degree under his belt, he expertly navigates the intricacies of financial landscapes. Currently pursuing his CPA certification at McGill University, he seamlessly combines practical experience with ongoing academic rigor, ensuring our financial strategies remain at the forefront of industry standards.

In the summertime, Victory enjoys spending time in his garden, appreciating all the hard work he’s done that has given rise to over the spring and early summer.

Simran has 12+ years of experience within the Utility Efficiency Industry, where she has designed, launched and managed Greenlite’s portfolio of programs including Direct Install, Low Income, Utility Branded Online Portals, and Energy Saving Kit Programs, across the North American region. Having been successfully launched in partnership with 100+ large public and private US utilities, these programs have resulted in tremendous success and industry acknowledgement, including winning Greenlite the ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year Award for four years in a row. Under Simran’s leadership, Greenlite has launched programs with stellar success rates such as Low-Income Program for Commonwealth Edison resulting in distribution of 10M ENERGY STAR LED Bulbs and Xcel Energy’s Income Qualified Programs delivering 2.5M+ LED and water saving kits to low-income consumers.

Within her business development role, Simran has also been instrumental in developing and implementing growth opportunities, designing 360 degree marketing initiatives, building digital capabilities  and building frameworks for future programs. She and her team are lauded for customer service, attention to detail, timeliness, and flexibility in quickly executing projects and programs seamlessly and cost-effectively.

Simran is a self-professed foodie and loves to experiment with new recipes. Her friends and family are regularly hosted at home to taste her latest discoveries and accompanying cocktails!

Serge joined Greenlite over 15 years ago and is a key member of the Greenlite team. As the National Sales Director for Greenlite’s distribution business, Serge is responsible for driving strategic partnerships and sales with distributors across North America. He has a vast technical knowledge when it comes to commercial and agricultural LED Lighting and has built a robust front-end supply network across Canada and the United States. Serge has his finger on the pulse of the industry and works with his team to develop innovative and unique product ranges that exceed his customers’ expectations. He manages the  value chain starting with product range development to coaching distributors on  new products and customer management.

On the weekends, Serge enjoys spending time with his family  and delving into the latest Netflix crime series.

Stacy manages Greenlite’s vertically-integrated supply chain and is responsible for ensuring that inventory is delivered with excellent communication, quick turnarounds, and concise execution. Her experience in overseas manufacturing and international freight management allows her to seamlessly oversee a supply chain with a monthly production capacity of over 250M LED Bulbs, 100M Showerheads, and more. Stacy and her team of product managers allow Greenlite to continue to lead innovation, certifying more new ENERGY STAR models annually than other players. In 2019, Stacy was instrumental in Greenlite’s successful launch of smart thermostats which took the industry by storm. Stacy is also passionate about Greenlite’s mission and works tirelessly to minimize carbon footprint throughout our supply chain, from standardizing recyclable product packaging to consolidating shipments ahead of time. She is dedicated to continuous improvement and growth within her department, and she definitely leads by example.

Dawn Auchstaetter has been with Greenlite for over 15 years and has managed thousands of utility shipments across Canada and the United States during her tenure. Dawn has managed and supervised the logistics for Greenlite’s portfolio of Energy Efficiency Programs including Direct Install shipments to Trade Allies, Energy Efficiency kit programs shipped directly to Residential Customers, and full truck and LTL shipments to clients. She has a strong understanding of 3PLs, is well versed to forecast and deal with potential hiccups. She appreciates and understands the nuances of the various stakeholders’ goals and how to liaise efficiently between them to ensure that all parties are satisfied. Dawn and her  team of highly proficient order processors are regularly appreciated by Greenlite customers for their logistical knowledge, attention to detail and prompt communication.

Dawn loves hanging out with her family and friends while enjoying her famous batches cocktails during the beautiful Montreal summers!

Liz brings 25 years of knowledge in printing and experience in graphic design to Greenlite where she is the Senior Art Designer. Liz and her talented team  designs award-winning Energy Efficiency product packaging that is highly educational, customer-friendly, retail-ready, and manufactured using only recycled and recyclable materials.  With a deep understanding of Utility Program goals and branding standards, Liz works directly with 150+ public and private Utility and implementer marketing departments to create branded product packaging and marketing content. She is proficient in working with local and overseas suppliers and creating content and preparing pre-release materials for offline and online marketing efforts. She is extremely well-versed in ENERGY STAR, UL, ROHS, and lighting facts requirements.

Liz is a huge fan of NHL “The Habs” & NFL “NY JETS” and actively volunteers to support Hockey Tournaments. She also collects fun and crazy socks!

Nicole, an asset to the Greenlite team since she joined over 10 years ago, knows the ins-and-outs of utility energy efficiency programs and with her team of utility administrators, supports Greenlite’s growing portfolio of utility-funded energy-efficiency and demand response programs.  Customers appreciate Nicole’s exceptional client relations, in-depth knowledge of their programs, and strong program and financial management skills. Nicole has managed programs across the country and understands the nuances of the various retail landscapes as well as the differences in utility program goals and management styles.
