About the Role:
As a Program Coordinator Assistant based in Montreal’s West Island, you will be an integral part of our team, providing essential support to our sales and program management functions. You will report to the Program Coordinator and Vice President, providing comprehensive support in managing key accounts, coordinating programs, and ensuring smooth and efficient order fulfillment. Exceptional organizational skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and a keen eye for detail are crucial in this role.
