Each year, the The American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy (ACEEE) recognizes distinguished leaders from the private, public, and nonprofit sectors with ‘Champions of Energy Efficiency in Industry Awards’ for their impact, innovation, and leadership in reducing energy waste and advancing sustainability. Among this year’s recipients is our very own Simran Kohli, Director of Business Development and Strategy!
They specifically chose Simran for her efforts to distribute energy efficiency products to low-income and underserved communities to help bridge the gap and promote energy justice. These programs have resulted in the distribution of upwards of 50M energy saving products to low-income Americans.
